Progress! or something like it.
Since I last wrote, I have been quoted in an article stating that Judge Pulido, while attorney in my case, regularly lied to the Court. Now he is required by statute to recuse himself from participating in this case in his role as Presiding Judge of Family law, but he hasn't done it. No surprise that I will have to force the issue.

And today, my 61st birthday, my car is parked in front of the Hayward Courthouse with the sign on top, asking the question: "How Crooked is Divorce Court in Alameda County? Tell your story at DaddyDeal.info" I'm through believeing that the Courts offer a solution, and think that we should network and help each other to overcome the obstacles that the Courts impose. For example, I cannot call my children, but you could! And I could call your children for you. What do you think?
