It is clear to me that Judge Dan C. Grimmer, Commissioner Glenn Philip Oleon, Judge Kevin Murphy, Commissioner Elizabeth Aileen Hendrickson, Presiding Judge Jon Rolefson, former Presiding Judge Yolanda Northridge, and newly appointed Presiding Judge of Family Law Division and formerly attorney for my former wife, Stephen Mark Pulido intend to continue to earn their livings by hurting my children.  I intend to put a stop to it. 
 
Grimmer lied when he stated that he had presided over 3+ years of "problematic supervision" (his exact words) when the testimony from the supervisors and all written evidence submitted by both sides stated that I was and am an excellent falther who provides a safe learning environment.  Not one supervisor said anything to the contrary.  I paid over $22,000 and endured painful separation for those 3+ years on the assumption that evidence would be relied on by the Court.  Instead Grimmer simply lied to reach the decision that he wanted to reach. 
 
Grimmer is a liar, protected from prosecution by judicial immunity, but vulnerable to being prosecuted for his violations of my (and your) legal rights. 
 
Submit your complaints directly to the F.B.I. by Googling "Color of Law" but don't expect any satisfaction.  My first report, submitted electronically to their site was "lost" and my second, handed personally to an  F.B.I. agent in the presence of my witness, has never been acknowledged or acted on. 
 
It's more likely that Grimmer wanted to keep my childrens' therapy records away from me because the therapist recorded that Pulido had called her and threathened her not to make any statements to anybody.  Threatening a witness have caused him to be disparred.  Instead, he is Presiding Judge Stephen Mark Pulido, in charge of Family Law Division.
 
Hendrickson is another story.  Her lies are the result of her desire to hide her own incompetence amply documented throughout the case.  She believes that res judicata applies to interum decisions, which is not true (only to permanent decisions), that I can be found in contempt of an invalid order (invalid due to improper service, also by Pulido), and that she can simply mention a previous restraining order in subsequant orders (they must be listed specifically).  I have found that she's a shitty bench officer and a asshole of a person (the source of shit!) who should not have any influence over children or humans.  If you Google her name, you'll hear from others with the same experience.  I hear from them frequently.
 
Northridge tried to bully me into letting Oleon (also a dishonest bench officer) stay on my case, but I showed that she never had the jurisdiction to make that decision, and she had to back down.  Nonetheless, I lost months of sleep, rights to due process, and tens of thousands of dollars as a result of her bull shit.
