Moving the Case Along.
On Friday, I called the Hayward Family Law Division, and told them to inform Comm. Hendrickson (Dept. 507) that I needed her phone number to file with my Writ of Mandate, challenging her statements that I did not have her properly served with a Judicial Challenge on May 4, 2009. By law, since she didn't respond, she is removed from the case.
On Sunday, this web site went live, and I notified a bus load of people.
On Monday, I put a cr top sign on my green Subaru station wagon, that sayes "How Crooked is Divorce Court in Alameda County? Tell your story @ DaddyDeal.info" I'll post a picture of the car shortly.
On Tuesday, I got a call from a friend and client up off of Hayward Blvd. that they needed some help with their hot tub, and I drove up to see them at about 5:15 p.m. At the corner of Skyline Blvd, and Hayward Blvd., I turned right, and found myself beside my old Honda Odyssey van, loaded wtih my former wife and her latest husband. Since I had every right to be there, I continued, turned on La Mesa, and went on my way to my friends house.
I got their hot tub working again, went home, hosed off my dusty car, and drove to the store, but on the way down the hill, away from my home, I passed two Sheriff's cars going up the hill. When I passed the first one, he slowed way down, and when I passed the second, he quickly stopped.
My guess is that the Writ and/or my former wife have some people stirred up, and that I am likely to be arrested soon.
Has this ever happened to you?????
Nearly two years ago, just before Thanksgiving of 2007, I was called by the Hayward P.D. asking why I keep violating the restraining orders? I told Officer Allen (badge #479) that I don't discuss pending litigation, since I was working to have the order declared invalid for improper service. He then hung up, and the next morning, apparently he and another officer came to my house. He says that I didn't want to talk to him, even though he never saw me, and I didn't talk to him. I think that he has stretched the truth pretty thin.
He then wrote a report to the District Atrtorney of Alameda County stating two damning lies: 1) that I ahd been arrested for assaulting a police officer; and ; that there were five complaints for violations of restraining orders against me jsut recently. The DA filed charges, it cost me nearly $7,000 and 9 months of my life before the D.A dropped the charges.
Has this ever happened to you?
I'll keep you posted!
