Judge Dan C. Grimmer is a lying child abuser under color of law.  He has been given judicial immunity to protect him from prosecution, and is hiding behind that protection, contrary to the public interests and contrary to public trust. 
 
He stated that I had engaged in 3+ years of "problematic supervision" although every supervisor testified to my superior parenting, obvious love between my twin children and myself, and the safe learning environment that I create.  He also improperly kept my childrens' therapist's session notes from me because they reveal that attorney Stephen Pulido, now Presiding Judge of Family Law for Alameda County, had called her and told her not to make statements to anyone.  This witness intimidation would have gotten him disparred if it had come to light, and he would never have been elevated to the bench.  Would you want him on the bench?  Deciding what is best for your family?
 
Further, I showed that statements, the sole reason for the supervision, and attributed to that same therapist had been fabricated by Sala Ajaniku.  They cost me my parenting rights and more than $22,000.     Grimmer then said that he didn't think that he could compel the therapist to appear to testify as to her actual statements, although Code of CIvil Procedure 128(a)(5) clearly says that any judge can compel and control behavior from anyone connected with the case.  Did he lie or is he incompetent?  Or both? 
 
Commissioner Elizabeth Hendrickson is an even bigger liar, solely to cover her own incompetence and dishonesty.  She was served with a Judicial Challenge, held up from service for two years by then Presiding Judge Yolanda Northridge, and then failed to respond within the required 10 days.  In fact, 23 days later, she said that she hadn't been served at all.  Liar!  She refused to step down, and in retribution, granted a restraining order that will last for 8 years, well into my childrens' adulthood. 
 
Hendrickson also refused to comply with the California Legislature's law that I be given legal representation equal to that of my opponent, even if my former wife had to pay for part of that representation.  Instead, Hendrickson said that "this case is almost over" but then awarded $48,000 to my former wife that itself was neither deserved nor legal.
 
How much crap should these child abusers get away with under protection of judicial immunity?
