On December 7, 2010, I presented the F.B.I. with a detailed and documented complaint about Commissioner Elizabeth Aileen Hendrickson (Dept. 507, Hayward Hall of Justice, Superior Court of California, Alameda County) for having made a ruling without ever reading the supporting testimony, despite her own order, made just weeks earlier, that she would obtain and read the transcripts. 
 
The testimony presented showed that both (then attorney, now judge) Stephen Pulido and his client, my former wife, had been ordered to copy and forward the documents regarding where the community property, especially tens of thousands of dollars of our money, was being kept.  Instead, Pulido forwarded only one page and it didn't relate to the location of the money.
 
With this information, Hendrickson would have had no choice but to find Pulido in contempt of Court for failing to comply with the Court Order to Produce the Documents, and his position as a Judge (Now Presiding Judge of Family Law, Alameda County) would be in jeopardy.  He might also have lost his ability to practice law altogether for having "intentionally mislead the Court" contrary to Business and Professions Code, 6068.
 
Instead, she didn't ask for that particular transcript, didn't read it, made the ruling denying my Order to Show Cause re: Contempt, and then within minutes, admitted that she hadn't gotten that transcript.  There isn't any chance that she was uninformed about the existance oft he transcript, or the need to obtain it before making the ruling.  She said so in a previous trial transcipt.  Facts however, don't matter to her.
 
She has now ignored the existance of a Permanent Judgment in which my former wife surrendered her rights to any child support, and has issued an Order to Show Cause re: Contempt against me for not paying what has never been due.  I have to defend myself against false charges in order to stay out of jail as a "dead-beat dad" when she knows about the judgment, but is taking up my time and money contrary to both law and the Order of the Court. 
 
Should she still be affecting hundreds of California citizens, men, women, and children, every week?  I think she should be in jail, where some mothers who she's harmed, could take real good care of her.  Justice delayed might still be obtained.
 
And as for the F.B.I., they lost my initial report, then said that they had never received it, and now don't even acknowldge having received the paper copy that I handed to an agent in the presence of two witnesses.  Forget asking them for help.
