The Court, specifically, Comm. Elizabeth Hendrickson directed attorney Dean Feldmann, Hayward, to submit his bill for payment as appointed counsel for my children, in the form of a motion.  This would have required notice to all parties of a hearing on the merits. 
 
Instead, he was secretly  granted his request totaling over $14,500 for time, according to his affadavit, much of which was spent talking to the chldren's surrogate mother, reviewing nonexistant "letters from father" and being paid State money for it. 
 
By doing so, she avoided a messy but inevitable jurisdiction challenge, since, through her own neglect, incompetence, and/or dishonesty, she lost her postion presiding over this case, and did not follow the law to "re-establish" it through due process. 
 
She also ignored her own order requiring that Feldman file his request in the form of a motion, which requires a public hearing, and that he see my children four times per year, to counteract the birth mother preventing my children from talking to their attorney.  She's a real piece of work who should be removed from the bench and imprisioned for betraying the public trust and knowingly abusing children.
 
GOOGLE her name (Elizabeth Aileen Hendrickson) to find others with similar experiences.  While Dan C. Grimmer was presiding judge of Family Law, Al;ameda County, he excused outrageous behavior as being within the limits acceptable to the Court.  Now Stephen Mark Pulido is in that position, and Jon Rolefson is the Presiding Judge of all courts, Alemada County, and has also excused her incompetence and dishonesty. 
 
Where do citizens of California go to have a fair and legal hearing based on fact and Law?  I certainly not get them in their courtrooms.  Nonetheless, they still get paid over $140,000 per year.        
 
I showed the Court that this same surrogate mother kept my children from talking to their attorney, and Hendrickson didn't show any concern whatsoever.   
 
Dean Feldman has been ordered to meet with my children four times annually, but his sworn statements shows that he talked to them less than two times per year on average, and does not explain what my son wanted to talk about when Nathan Alexander Deal called Dean Feldman
 
Feldman does not hold confidentiality privilege at my expense, despite what Dan C. Grimmer claimed.  This is just another example of Dan C. Grimmer's dishonesty trying to protect the careers of his chosen few, at my children's expense, and the expense of the public trust invested in every judge.
 
And Dan C. Grimmer ($1.4 million) and Elizabeth Hendrickson ($700,000) have each been paid directly from State funds.
