BIg Brother is WATCHING!
Two weeks ago, I called the Hayward Police Department (HPD) to make an appointment with Officer D. Allen (Badge # 479), to ask him why he had put several entirely false statements into his report to the District Attorney's office. His report led to the D.A. charging me with a crime, causing me to spend thousands of dollars and 6 months in fear, before the D.A. dropped the charges for "Problems with Proof." That is code for "we don't have a case, and we were just f*cking with him, but it didn't work."
The false statements are important. Officer Allen said that he had found that I had been arrested for assaulting a police officer, and that the police files show that 5 "prior cases" had been filed against me, "all of them this year." The Sheriff's Department provided my "rap sheet" which confirms that I ahve never been arrested for or committed assault on a police officer, and that ther are only two "prior cases" both of them were the ones that he was investigating at the time that he wrote the report, based on an invalid (lack of jurisdiction) order.
He hasn't called me back to make an appointment to discuss these problems with his report.
About 10 days ago, I finished and started "wearing" my car top sign, advertising this web site. It reads: "How crooked is divorce court in Alameda County? Tell your story @ DaddyDeal.info." That first day, my former wife and her latest husband drove by at a stop sign and got an eyefull. I don't know of my children saw it, but I hope so.
That Sunday, as I drove down the hill into Hayward, two HPD patrol cars nearly came to a stop when I drove past them.
Later that week, I think it was Tuesday afternoon, a Hayward Police car parked behind me in a store parking lot for no reason, and in order to get out, I had to back within inches of him. As I pulled away, I got a good look at him as he got a good read of my sign.
That afternoon, I saw a HPD patrol car drive slowly by my house and look in my front window on the way by. Funny because I'm not in the city limits; I'm in the county where the sheriff and Highway Patrol have jurisdiction.
Wednesday evening, when I returned from Chabot College, there was a plain clothes police car parked near my house, watching me, and when I walked by, I saw that the man in the passengers seat was keeping a close eye on me. 10 minutes later, they were gone.
Since then, I think I've seen at least four patrol cars drive through my neighborhood, where they don't have jurisdiction.

More eyes on me!
After another weird car chase by Hank following a perfectly innocent person, I am once again under eyes. Tonight, when I went to let a friend back into his house, I came back to find the black Escalade at the curb for no good reason, two people inside behind the smoked windows. They left a few minutes after I got back from my dog walk. I hope that they are getting something out of this for your tax dollars, but I know that I'm not doing anything wrong.
