My name is Tom Deal. For the past 8 years, I have been tormented by my former wife, with co-operation from the Court, in what seems to be a concerted effort to incite me to violence. I have been deprived of my children, my home, my property, my right to an attorney, my right to evidence, my right to fair trial, and my constitutional right to due process. I have been summoned to appear in Court once a month, on average, for more than 8 years, and I have endured distance in relationships with my former friends, my family, neighbors, and business associates.  Accusations of mental illness and violence should not be made lightly, but they have been thrown around like so much confetti, "adding a little something to the festivities."  I do believe that some of the players know that they are being dishonest, deceitful, and violating the laws of the State of California.

I don't believe that the Players in this drama have conspired.  I believe that they have done this to so many people, so many times, for such a long time, that they don't have to talk anymore.  They just hire the same expert witnesses, say the same, practiced phrases, and issue the same orders, each designed to have only one outcome -- the mutual promotion of their careers at the expense of the Public's trust.
 
My former wife is living out her childhood fantasy of "protecting the children from the father", something that was necessary but never done in her home, and unnecessary in my family.  She has fabricated a story of violence and mental illness for a willing court, presented it through a powerful and dishonest attorney, now judge, and gotten full custody of my children.   
 
All of this on fabricated evidence and court orders that have no substantiation.  (see Players:  Judge Grimmer, Sala Ajanikuu, Stephen Pulido, Comm. Oleon, Comm. Hendrickson)  Has this ever happened to you?
 
Grimmer, for example, fabricated offensive behavior during my 3+ years of supervised visits, attributed it to me, and then used this to deprive me of my children.  He also conspired with attorney Dean Feldman to withhold relevant exculpatory evidence of child abuse by my former wife, and witness tampering by then attorney Stephen Pulido while he represented my former wife.  Ajaniku lied that the childrens' therapist had recommended that I only be allowed supervised visits, and then two years later, once under oath, admitted that she had lied.  Pulido lied throughout, but then he's a lawyer.  No, wait, now he's not only a judge, he's the PRESIDING JUDGE OF FAMILY LAW DIVISION OF ALAMEDA COUNTY!  Oleon was removed from The case in response to my Judicial Challenge reporting his incompetence and bias (also spelled "lying").  And Hendrickson is probably the worst liar ever, saying that she didn't receive a Judicial Challenge when the process server has offered two sworn statements in great detail of her personally receiving and reviewing the Judicial Challenge. 
 
These people are protecting each other in order to earn lucritive livings.  By doing so, they are child abusers.  This is a place for others who have been victimized, and who's children have been abused, to stand up and point a finger at the abusers.

This drama started right about when my former wife lost both of her parents, her beloved mother and her despised father, within two weeks of each other.  That's also when she began acting on her delusions, accused me of domestic violence, and abducted our 5 year old twins.  This drama can be attributed to her mental illnesses of hysteria, obsession, and lying, documented by three separate expert witnesses.  The Court didn't care one bit about her distorted perception of reality, nor that my psych testing showed that I was under a lot of stress, but had no mental illnesses.   
 
She kept movving the children from one hiding place to another, but I eventually found my children in a small town outside of Toronto, Canada.  I negotiated with this terrorist, and after two months, got her to let my children come home for a short time, before she abducted them again, and then a third time. 
 
My children have suffered, crying on the phone and in person for me to "come and get us RIGHT NOW!!!" and to "have mommy arrested", while I have been forced to wait quietly for that to stop.  After presenting the tape recordings of my children crying in obvious agony, and offering the psychological evaluations to the Court, she got full physical and full legal custody, and I got to pay for everything, including her lawyers. 
 
Has this ever happened to you?
 
I have lost all faith that the Court will act according to fact and law.  What is stopping now is only my willingness to suffer in silence.

This web site is factual, and I will provide supporting evidence for each and every claim, to anyone who properly identifies themselves. I expect to be attacked by the people who have a lot to lose, but the bottom line is that they have made a mistake by hurting my children, and thinking that I won’t care.

Judges and commissioners have nearly absolute protection from accountability for their actions.  But they are elected officials in one of our three branches of government.  They are entrusted with and limited to enacting, interpreting, and abiding by the laws made by the other two branches.  We should know who it is that we are voting for, what they stand for, and what they are made of.
